Whether a weekend athlete or competing competitively, recovering from an injury can often be a pain-staking process.

Each patient is assessed, and a comprehensive recovery treatment plan is proposed, in order to assist in aiding the healing process while aiming to maintain and improve performance.

Sport Injury rehabilitation

Rehabilitation can be provided across a wide range of injuries and conditions, such has

  • Acute injuries such as knee injuries, ankle injuries, hand, elbow and shoulder injuries
  • Sprains and strains
  • Muscle tendon and ligament injuries : anterior cruciate ligament, posterior cruciate ligament, lateral medial collateral ligament injuries, as well as all ankle ligaments, rotator cuff injuries.
  • Tendinitis

Our Sport Injury Rehabilitation will also benefit those who have had Post-Operative Injuries, Meniscus Tears, Tendinitis and Bursitis, as well as acute and chronic Musculoskeletal Injuries.

Exercise can mean different things to each client.

Trying to get into shape? and want a proper exercise program that will increase range of motion, increase strength while also stretching your muscles.

Each client’s information is considered when compiling specific exercise programs, to ensure we are addressing the individual goals, fitness levels, strength, ability, past injuries and any limitations of each client.

An initial assessment is scheduled so that we can go through your medical history, noting any injuries or conditions that may delay reaching goals. You may just want to get into shape, and if that’s the case we can set up an exercise program that can help you meet your goals, whether that is to lose weight, get healthier and in better shape, or both.
